What is the turnaround time for my order?

If we have your items in stock, we can ship within 48 hours.  Out-of-stock items located domestically usually take 30 days and International orders can take up to 90 days. If you are located within the greater Los Angeles area, you can arrange to pick up your order at our warehouse. If you have a deadline, please let us know.  We will try to arrange for expedited service.

How long is my request active?

Your requests stays active indefinitely, or until you cancel your request.  You can also choose a specific time limit or a simple one time search.  See our "Want List" page.



Can we get a quotation?

Yes, you can receive a quote on single issues, volumes, short and long runs. See our "Want List" page.



How much do I have to pay?

The price is based on several factors.

• Common consumer journals, magazines and popular titles are more reasonable in price than scholarly, educational, medical and engineering titles. 
• If the issue(s) is available through the dealer network or from publisher back stock.
• Several programs are available to our Institutional Customers.
